Customizations

The Recruitment solution can be heavily customized to fit the needs of a particular organization. Many changes can be performed without writing any code, just by creating respective elements in SharePoint.

  2. Click on “Site content types” link in “Galleries” group
  3. Click on “Create” link
  4. Fill a name for your workflow step
  5. Select “Workflow Step” as parent content type
  6. Click on “OK” button
  7. Add custom fields to this content type
  8. Go to the settings of “Workflows” list and add it to the list
  9. If you want to add these custom fields into “Workflow Steps” view, you have to modify <Program_Files_Path>\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\XSL\BoldBrick.OneIntranet.HR\WorkflowsList.WorkflowStepsView.xsl XSLT template that renders the view.
